Quality is the basic premise of the entire work developed at MC Miaki Group farms. The professional management approach envolves dedicated employees, continuous capacity building, precision agriculture, state-of-the-art technology and an integrated system that connects farms and central office, allowing to trace 100% of the coffee production.

A work that is based on solid field experience and expert technical advice that allow us to continuously improve our operations and enhance coffee varieties, farming methods and post-harvest processing, in order to produce differentiated coffees with more efficiency and consistent quality.

The growing centers total 2.665 hectares dedicated to the production of high quality certified Arabicas coffee.

Each farm follows a specific handling plan, created with extreme care, technical accuracy and attention to new scientific research, which adequates coffee varieties to the local soil, climate and altitude conditions. The coffee varieties used include the traditional Catuaí, Icatu, Mundo Novo, Topázio and Bourbon and also the ones developed in recent years such as Arara, Catucaí 2SL, Oeiras, Guará, Cartillo, Catuaí 99, 144 and 62, Bourbon J10, among several others.

The coffee production of MC Miaki Group is based on excellence and care, and above all, a true passion for the activity, which respects our roots and honors our ancestors.
